# Enate Self Service

{% embed url="<https://enate.cdn.spotlightr.com/watch/MTM4NDM3MA==>" %}

Enate's Self Service portal lets you [create requests](/how-to-submit-a-request.md) and [keep up-to-date](/how-to-monitor-a-request.md) on their progress.

You've got various sign-in options of a standard username & password, or via single-sign on to get up and running.

You can see all your requests including completed ones in one place and clicking on an individual request will show you further details about it, including when it's due and any subsequent communications.

Once you have submitted a request, you can add further comments or additional data. You can give your feedback at any time.

You can even tag other people in if you want them to be kept in the loop. You can see requests that you've been been tagged in in the Tagged section.

For those who need it, in the 'my company' section you'll see the requests submitted across your organisation.

# Agent Instructions: Querying This Documentation

If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter:

```
GET https://www.enateselfservicehelp.net/enate-self-service.md?ask=<question>
```

The question should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
